I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Ann from Cang-Ai for her outstanding administrative support during our recent trip to Taiwan for our pre-wedding photoshoot. Despite the challenges posed by a typhoon and unexpected changes in our plans, Ann was instrumental in facilitating everything seamlessly.

Probably one of the best bridal boutique in SG! Wide range and choices of wedding gowns that can fit any shape and size . The tailor Xiu Zhen 姐 is amazing, she can tailor the dress on the spot within minutes and assured me that i can fit into whichever dress I chose! In comparison with my experience with another boutique who told me I couldn't fit into this and that, I am truly amazed by the talented tailor at Cangai which didn't make me feel bad about myself. I'm very satisfied with the very pretty white wedding dress and evening gown I rented. The Kuas here are also another level of pretty! 😍 Can be used as evening gown too! The only problem I had was there were too many choices to choose haha!
Also, thank you to Ann and Jiali, who very patiently gone through the details of the package for actual day wedding. They were always there for me to answer my questions even at wee hours and helped me arrange everything properly . One plus point is they were not pushy with sales at all! We signed the package in bridal fair. Sat down and walked away 3 times before finally deciding they are the best and turns out they really did their best. Thank you for not stressing me into getting packages, I really appreciate it! They are very genuine and probably as excited as I am, for my big day. How lovely right!!
Also my actual day make up artist Umiko, another great talent in Cangai. She was very gentle and assuring and tolerated my pre wedding anxiety. I was very anxious but she was very patient with me too. She gone the extra mile to provide comfort, such as preparing some gummies , putting music , and non stop assuring me that everything will go well. She was able to meet my requests for drawing big eyes, and her eye make up is really great! I love how my lower lashes turned out, tbh I didnt know I can be so pretty hehe!! Everything used on me that day was very clean, and powder puffs were brand new for each bride. Being someone very particular with cleanliness, I'm very amazed by how hygienic she was. Truly a great experience! Thank you Umiko for completing my big day with me!

Since Dec 2023, attended their wedding booth at marina bay sands.
We sign up for their pre wedding shoot for Kaoshiung at Jun 2024.
Sherry and May attended to us and due to some circumstances we purchase an indoor prewedding shoot in SG and additional for AD wedding gown + suit & etc.
As we visited to their store too frequently their service is good + friendly and even we had some sudden change in the AD date they are still understanding.
TW Cang Ai staff also caring and nice in their service. Have a pleasant day with them during the shoot as the photographer will guide us in how to pose to get a good effect.
Afterall, all the photo cames out very beautifully due to the weather as well.
Latest update: Bryan and I were very pleased with the service and quality of the Singapore and Taiwan team to allow our pre wedding shoot to be efficient and memorable one! The Taiwan team were caring and efficient in terms of planning the photoshoot locations in order for us to capture the best scenery. They were friendly and helpful, guided both of us (who doesn’t know how to pose) and I shall let the pictures speak for itself ♥️ The Singapore team were following up with us closely such as checking in with us how was our photoshoot the very day we finished and reminded us on our photoshoot dates when we arrived Taipei. Up next, looking forward to our actual day where we will be wearing their beautiful gowns and suits 😊

The overall experience of signing their package were smooth. Ann and Ting were friendly, understanding and approachable when we have many queries about the package details. They made this decision making so much easier and effortlessly. I am thankful to Cecilia and her team to help us with the wedding preparation. They were efficient in their services in making sure every important segment of the wedding preparation was done and planned properly. They were always warm and welcoming each time and the process was not rushed through. They constantly check on us to make sure everything is okay and prompt in their replies whenever we are unsure of certain things. They have a wide selection of gowns and suits so you would not worry about the lack of varieties here. It was a great pleasure to work together with Cecelia and her reliable team 😊
Our pre-wedding photo shoot with Cang Ai Wedding was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we walked into the studio until finish our photoshoot, our coordinator Xiaoting felt more like a friend than a service provider. She was genuinely interested in helping us to choose styles that reflected our personalities.
When we arrived in Taiwan, Kaohsiong branch to prepare for the shoot, we were greeted by a team whose professionalism was only matched by their warmth and enthusiasm. The selection of gown was overwhelming due to the amount of options they had. However, the team made plenty of suggestions based on what we had in mind and allow us to decide on the outfit for the photoshoot.
During the actual photoshoot day. Despite the daunting heat, they ensured every shot was perfect, often going above and beyond to capture our moments in the most beautiful light. The team help us with the posing and keep reminding us to keep smiling for the camera!
The photos we received are absolutely breathtaking. Each one captures a unique moment between us, showcasing the stunning backdrops of Taiwan, Kenting. The lighting, angles, and composition were all expertly handled.
We are deeply grateful to Xiaoting and the entire Cang Ai team in Taiwan for making our pre-wedding shoot an unforgettable experience.

We had an enjoyable experience from the start till the end taking our wedding photo shoot with CangAi wedding.
林经理 (she’s already back in Taipei) and Ann were fantastic hosts who assisted us from start to finish including planning for our shoot at Taiwan and covering for all the logistics. Everything went smoothly as we only have to travel to Taiwan and just show up at their Taiwan outlet on the scheduled date for gown fitting (first day) and the shoot itself (second day).
I would say that the packages from CangAi are reasonably priced and the service is 100% top notch from the team. Kudos to Ann for all the kind and patient follow up with us (although we took a long time to get back to her etc).
No regrets here in leaving our rare memories in the good hands of CangAi Wedding.
The team at Cangai has been nothing short of warm, friendly, and welcoming since day one. We’re so grateful for Xiaoting (our SG coordinator) and the team at Taipei for patiently answering our answers and requests, assisting in the trying of gowns and suits, making us look good for the shoot, and producing such lovely photos.
