We are grateful to have a really wonderful experience to have our PWS taken overseas with CangAi. The staff were very polite, friendly, helpful and the entire journey with them was fun, pleasant and smooth. They provided us with great assistance throughout the journey all the way from preparation till the photos are delivered to us. This includes detailed discussion and understanding on our package selection, sharing with us the nearby recommended hotels, accommodation to our gown selection date and photoshoot date, providing useful advice on a lot details (such as gown selections, when to do nails, what to bring along, etc.) as well as arranging and setting up the locations we have selected. We are sincerely thankful to the team which includes Ann，俏姐，小彩，小景，Yoyo，小杰，司機. Our SG coordinator: Ann, nice, polite, friendly, knowledgeable, very helpful and extremely good service throughout our journey. She is always there to help us with our arrangements, answer to our queries and remind us on the plans and things to bring along. Our TW coordinator: 俏姐, nice, polite, friendly, knowledgeable, received us well and very helpful with the overall arrangements. She ensures that the team have everything we need for the day before we set off to the locations. Gown selection: 小彩，nice, polite, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful with the process of our gown selection. She is good at recommending of gowns. PWS photographer: 小景，nice, polite, friendly, knowledgeable, very helpful and professional with capturing natural and beautiful/handsome photos. She put in her best effort even when we encountered with very windy situation and go the extra miles against time and weather to capture the style of photos which we really love. MUA: Yoyo，nice, polite, friendly, knowledgeable, very helpful and professional to do our makeup. She takes good care of us and our appearances, and was flexible & creative with the hairstyle, esp. with the use of the props we brought to create what we desired for. Photographer assistant: 小杰，nice, polite, friendly, knowledgeable, very helpful and gentle in guiding us to look beautiful/handsome in the photos. Driver: He was nice, polite, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful while driving us around. Overall, we are grateful to have everyone in CangAi’s team to provide this splendid experience for us. We had a wonderful and joyful memories of our wedding photo-shooting and dinner. Xiaoting and Sherry are very helpful with picking the best gowns and suits our big day. They had wide range of different designs to choose from. Sean and Ah Liang the photographers and Zero the videographer who took our photos and video are very professional and planned well. We enjoyed ourselves during our time with them. Highly recommended.

Thank you Ann for her wonderful service in assisting us to our photoshoot. The staffs are all friendly and helpful from Singapore to Taiwan. My wife and I was kind of skeptical about the photos as the photographer seems kind of grumpy or annoyed when taking our photos, this might be due to the fact that I overheard him saying he has food poisoning or something to the assistant. However the photos still turns out amazing. So I’m really thankful for that. Overall a wonderful and pleasant experience, have a chance for a holiday at Taiwan and also get our photoshoot done in just one day.

Went to Alice’s Sky for our wedding photo shoot. The services from Cang-Ai Singapore to Taiwan were all very pleasant and good. Ann from Singapore was very patient and would explain every detail carefully to us. She also gave advice on the photos that was taken, and tell us what to choose in case there were some repetitive photos. However there was an exception of the photographer as his not friendly but the photos he took was very nice, we were quite skeptical at first because he seems abit annoyed and grumpy while taking our photos, but it turns out great. Overall it’s a great experience for us and we love the photos that were taken, and the services by the team.

We had a very pleasant and fuss-free experience with Cang-Ai wedding. Many thanks to Ann who is very friendly and helpful in arranging the photo shoot for us at Taiwan and when we were choosing photos post-photoshoot. The Taiwanese staff are also very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed ourselves during the photoshoot and loved the photos taken!
